"We have been coming to Sea Watch for years. Most of the time, in-processing has been smooth and the rooms have been adequate. Of the years we have been coming to Sea Watch, we had a couple of hiccups with Century 21. But, this year, was really inexcusable. We arrived on schedule to check in at 3:00 PM, as we had been advised. We collected the room keys, loaded up all of our bags on the cart, hauled them all the way up to our to room, and when we opened our door, we were greeted by the most filthy, horrendous room. When it was brought to the Century 21 staff's attention, they were completely unapologetic and tried to skirt around the whole thing; making excuses that the cleaners could be in the room during check-in hours (which kind of defeats the purpose of making a check-in time in the first place)."
