"I called on over 4 occasions and left messages. They never returned my call. On another occasion the voicemail wasn't accepting messages."

"AVOID!! We heard how great she was from a few friends/neighbors. I called 2x in August and was able to leave a message once (voice mail was full).... She called me back randomly 5 weeks later and we scheduled an appointment 5 weeks out (earliest she could come). THEN, she canceled the day before due to a family emergency... ok I totally respect that.... she said she would contact us to reschedule. We waited 10 days and then I sent a text about rescheduling.... nothing.... partner sends her a note and she asks for number to call.... nothing.... now the poor dog is so matted he will need to be sheered.... all because I waited on her...."

"Been trying to get my big dog Max groomed since April. Covid-19 made it challenging to get an appt (in-person or otherwise). After 2 cancelled visits with 2 other groomers I found Katie. Still had to wait for weeks (she's busy), but she was early, did a wonderful job in a lovely clean mobile salon and even made time to trim the nails on a rescue I adopted last week. Prices were more than fair. She's definitely got my business from now on."
