"As soon as I walked into the hotel to check in, the receptionist Jessica at the front was rude and had a horrible attitude. The breakfast well all i can say it you get what you paid for. My second day, the same receptionist wanted to be nasty when I wanted to use the pool with my family. When I raised my voice a lit because she was rude to me, she left. I walked out to the lobby, and she was on the phone to the manager playing poor me story over the phone. If you like nasty attitudes, come see Jessica at the front desk."

"We decided to stop here on our way to OBX. We arrived to the hotel late night and the front desk receptionist was incredibly rude and seemed like we woke her up! I sent my kids down after arrival to retrieve bedding for the pull out couch and she was extremely bothered and said she only had 1 pillow. There was also a half used jar of mayo left in fridge and the couch was dirty. The room was 86 degrees and the heat was on in August!"

"This establishment was an absolute trashcan, literally. When we first arrived, the lady at the front desk was incredibly rude and cared not to help us check in. The room was okay but had been heated during a very hot summer, not sure why. There was a half-eaten sandwich on the staircase for 24 straight hours, a staircase that was meant to be used by guests. There was nobody around to clean up the mess and hardly anyone was ever working."

"There’s a lot that it says they have and they don’t, vending machines empty, after our stay we cleaned up the room for the housekeepers and left the room decent for the housekeepers. Next day after check out we get an additional $150 charge on top of the $100 deposit never being refunded and call to get told we were smoking pot in the room when we had 3 kids with us and not a single one of us smoke pot. We also saw the housekeeper hitting her vape in the hallways so I wonder how many other people this has happened to, it’s either their scam or the housekeepers smoking in the room and blaming the people who recently stayed."
