"Bottom line: Book your own! It will save you $$$ and headache. I booked 2 business class tickets from Minneapolis to London. When I wanted to make modifications to my itinerary, Caroline, my agent, was no where to be found and responded to my emails often 5 days late. When I called, I spoke to different woman who hung up on me. I finally decided to contact Delta, have them buy out my tickets (cost me $50 each) and then I was able to make my changes on my own with having to wait for Caroline to ignore my repeated emails and phone calls. I wouldn't say these are cheaper. You'll pay for their service on top of your ticket price. Plus, if you want changes/cancellations/etc, you don't get the same assurances as you do when booking directly with the airline. Track your flight using Google flight tracker and buy directly from the airline! You'll be glad you did!"
