"Biscuit and gravy always cold. Upcharge you without letting you know. 6.99 on the menu but always charged 7.98. Said because I got a medium combo. Was never ever given an option for a small. They always say medium or large. Not cool."

"This is how my burger came should have checked before I left. Why would anyone think that someone would eat something that looks like this? It looks like they didn’t care at all. You would think I was rude to them by looks of this burger but I wasn’t! Called and spoke to the supposed to be manager and he seemed to careless said he would he was not sure what happened but he will put my name down and when I come back I can get the burger re- made. No, run me my refund! Never again!!!!!"

"We were driving back from Rehoboth Beach and got caught in a terrible thunderstorm. We luckily stopped at this Hardees in Bear, Delaware and we are so glad we did. The food was delicious, probably the best fast food that we had in a while. Some of she highlights was the apple pie, that reminded us of the Taco Bell empanada which unfortunately discontinued, the chicken strips, and the mushroom burger. Other great aspects of this restaurant were the reasonable prices and the clean restaurant. The most important aspect of this restaurant was its amazing staff. All of the people that we encountered were extremely nice, especially the cashier Chris and the manager. When they took our orders you could tell that they were understaffed but they got our food out quickly. However they stated that the food was coming out slower than normal and for that they were extremely apologetic. This is normally not done at fast food restaurants. This Hardees is one of the best fast food locations I have ever been too due to their delicious food and amazing staff. Please visit to experience the other positive aspects of this restaurant."
