"This Thai restaurant has been going downhill for the past year – higher prices, average quality, slow service – and many in the community now avoid it. A perfect example is this Friday night when I decided to order delivery and give them another chance. When I placed my order, the woman there said “we don’t deliver” although it says “Fee Delivery” on their website. When I mentioned that fact, she seemed surprised and said their deliverer was not working. I changed it to pick-up and after placing my small or der for 2 people, she said stop over in 45 minutes. That seemed long but I arrived an hour later. There 4-5 people waiting. When I got to the counter, she said my order would not be ready for another 20-30 minutes. That would be 90 minutes after I phone it in! For a Thai meal! Worse there was no apology or explanation. She just turned and walked away. Two of the people waiting said they had been waiting almost 30 minutes on top of the hour after calling in. One said his girlfriend experienced the same problem a week earlier. Thai Kuu needs new management and a new attitude that treats its customers with respect. Needless to say, I will not be going there again and cannot recommends it."
"Finally found a Thai restaurant nearest to me . While I don’t find the food authentic I do find it delicious. They charge extra for everything so it easy to run up your bill. While I like small portions, you may have to order an appetizer or extra meat to be fully. I started out ordering pick before dinning inn. Pick up time is accurate and food was hot. My dine in experience was great, nice small intimate dinning space. Staff were attentive and our food was hot when it arrived to our table. This is vegetarian paradise! Most meals have the option to have meat added. This is now my daughter’s favorite restaurant."
"Lovely restaurant and staff. I've ordered close to a dozen times in the past year and yesterday was my first trip dining in. Their shrimp pad Thai is my go to dish! Wish I was a bit more adventurous with their menu but maybe in due time. Pickup times are very accurate when ordering out and their site is convenient and simple. I also like that you can customize the spice level and even though I eat every part of their dish, I never leave feeling uncomfortably stuffed. You can tell they use quality ingredients and not a lot of oils or additives and my body really appreciates that lol"
"My husband and I enjoyed a fabulous lunch at this spot. I have been to a few Thai place searching for a Panang Curry that was similar to one that I loved back home (Indiana) & this place was hands down THE PLACE! My husband loved the green curry he ordered and said it had the perfect amount of heat. The establishment had beautiful decor and the perfect atmosphere for date night or laid back night out with friends. Only two restrooms and not very big space-wise but is very cozy. I would not say this is a kid friendly restaurant, and found out the hard way that there are no baby changing tables. Thank goodness parking was close! The servers were very friendly and helpful. The range is between $$-$$$. This establishment does accept credit/debit cards."
"Mid priced restaurant. Their fresh rolls are really good, the downside is that you cannot order them earlier than 3pm, since they say that are exclusively for dinner, but I have been waited for dinner time to being able to order them. Curries are good, my favorite one is the green curry, very flavorful. There is another one, can't remember the name, but it has peanuts, it's pretty good too. Cons: I don't see much difference in the portions at lunch and the ones at dinner time, but the prices of dinner menu are higher; I think they could be more generous. A big disappointing was one time that we ordered the food to go, we added to our order a Mango lassi drink, that's is about $3, and what we received it was a small can of mango juice."
