"Rooms for wonderful, check-in experience was great. Heating unit in room was not functioning. Employees could not do enough to make sure I was comfortable until replaced. Exemplary service! I would recommend this hotel to everyone going to Philadelphia!"

"Pros: Very nice lobby with plenty of seating and plugs for charging. The bedding was clean - 2 top sheets with a thin quilted blanket in between. The room was spacious - 1 king room. Walking distance from plenty of restaurants and stores. Mini fridge and water bottles included. Cafe open from 9 am - 4 pm (did not take advantage of it). Cons: The furniture and shower appeared damaged (as shown). The furnace was very dusty and started clicking when I turned the heat on. FYI: There’s a daily resort fee (about $17) but you get to use $10 per day on snacks/misc items in the lobby store."

"Weekend in Philly and we could not have picked a better hotel! We were warmly welcomed even before we entered the building. Large, accessible lobby, plenty of elevators. Check in was a breeze, the room is large, comfortable and clean. Self parking is around the corner at a garage, we opted for valet parking (the alleys are right and the entrance to the garage seemed challenging). The hotel has several restaurants, and a place to buy snacks and sodas/beer but there are many restaurant options around this very walkable neighborhood."

"I've stayed in Motel 6 rooms that had nicer furniture, and Best Westerns with superior cable selection. The furniture is scarred and worn out. The toiletries could be found in a two star accommodation. This hotel lists itself as a four star property, yet it's far from it. The front desk staff is very nice, and it's in a great location. Be aware that the parking is $50-59/night; however, that's not out of line for the area."

"The room quality is a bit of a gamble. I have stayed multiple times in this hotel, some rooms were very nicely decorated and fresh, some others look very outdated with chipping paint a water damage on the walls. The place is calm and beds are good, you will get good sleep. The team has always been very welcoming."
