"A very clean establishment. I was surprised by how clean the dining and ordering area was. The staff was very responsible and very quiet in the work area (food preparation area). There was no clowning or standing around, even though this Arby's wasn't too busy when I entered it. A great experience on my visit!"

"This has got to be the slowest fast food restaurant in existence. It was really bad when they opened, but I figured they were just new so I gave them some slack, but even almost a year later it has not improved. On top of that 8/10 times they got my order wrong. It’s a real disappointment because I was excited to finally get a arbys. Now I’m just waiting for them to go out of business so we can get a half decent restaurant here"

"These guys just opened, and they don't seem to have hit their stride yet. Food was good, but they are re-defining the meaning of fast food. A lot of people on the far side of the counter seeming to be bewildered with what they are doing. I will try them again in a month of so to see if they have figured things out. ************ May 31, 2023 I just visited them again. I needed dinner fast. There was nobody at the counter, there were a few people wandering around in the back, with what appeared to be a manager wandering between the back and the drive-up window. After waiting for 10 minutes, I left, and went to their competitor across the street, where I was served as quickly as wishing for it. I will not be going back to this Arby's. They don't seem to be the least bit interested in actually serving people."
