"I want to like this place because of the convenience and atmosphere of the Liberty Market but recently the service has gone downhill as has the food. I tried to give them a second, third and fourth chance but this last time I decided that was it for my family and me. It seemed like my request for some napkins and an extra plate was an outrageous request, I was made to feel like I was a problem. I asked for a cup of water for my daughter and was flat out told that we don’t do that. Water? For a child? Come on. It’s a bummer but there are many places in Kennett with much better pizza and definitely better service."

"We were in town to see the lights in the garden and State Street was recommended. Couldn't have been a better referral! Split a large supreme between 3 people and it was plenty! Dough, sauce and cheese were all 5 stars. Hoping it wasn't a fluke because I'd recommend them to anyone."

"The tomato sauce on the pizza was delicious split a whole pizza with my buddy and it was plenty. At the moment we were there they had a band playing in the middle of the dining area, not sure if they're always there, but it made the expirience 10× better. They updated us plenty as we waited in front of the counter on the progress of our pizza and were very quick with it. Can't wait to go back!"

"This place has just completely gone downhill,dough was like cardboard barely any cheap cheese that they use….also ordered fries was standing there for at least 10 minutes and thought they’d slightly redeem themselves by having fresh hot fries? NOPE for another order they gave me fries that we were cooked before I got there……..wasn’t in the mood to argue, but this was the last time I go there."

"have had a few disappointing experiences lately with State Street Pizza. The most recent was a “buffalo chicken salad.” As you can see from the photo, this consisted of a couple handfuls of lettuce and some plain chicken. For $12. Nothing buffalo about it. No egg, no red onion, etc like the menu indicated."
