"We bought close to $150 delivery and were extremely underwhelmed… First of all the brisket tastes like nothing without the barbecue sauce. It has this big lump of fat on top that’s not appetizing. My mom didn’t like any of the sides and I totally agree. The mac and cheese was terrible, and the green beans were mushy and falling apart. The only redeemable side was the potato salad. Also the ribs and kielbasa were nothing but salty. Everything seemed to be lacking in flavor, not to mention cold. The quantity was also lacking considering how much we payed. I wouldn’t order again tbh."

"The menu is a little wonky, im guessing they do a lot of big catering orders because the menu had large portions. Once I found where the Meat Plates and the sandwich plates were on the menu, everything go a lot easier to order. The plate menus are designed for a dine in experience, the portion size is still very generous. Service was friendly and helpful. I tried the Brisket which was really good. They have a variety of barbecue sauces you can try, I tried them all and they were all very good, there wasn't a single sauce that I didn't prefer and it was hard to choose just one so I kept alternating with each bite. My two sides I chose were a Ceasar salad and mac and cheese. Both of which were just pretty much average, which is why I'm only giving 4 stars instead of 5. At first I tried to order chips, thinking they would be chips made at the restaurant, the barbecue place I usually go to make their own chips but at Dickys they only have lays/herrs/etc... very disappointing but the guy behind the counter let me change to something else without difficulty. It's not very expensive and much better than traditional fast food, I recommend everyone to give it a try, I left feeling full and satisfied."

"The food was incredible but the customer service was terrible. No smiles no talking. Didn't even tell me my total. I will go back because the food was good and the restaurant was clean. The spicy BBQ sauce was amazing. My favorite was the coleslaw."
