"Nice quality and tasty calzone and Stromboli pies . Properly sized. To be honest, pizza is not the best in this area. Place designated mostly for take out. There are some tables inside but you have to use plastic utensils and serve yourselves."

"1/2/24 around 6-7 PM. Customer service beyond reproach! We accidentally gave the wrong address and when we called to find out where it was instead of us trying to work together to figure it out, the MANAGER, threatened to cancel order. We were accused of yelling at employee but were on speaker phone, When I tried to explain we weren’t from the area her words THATS NOT MY PROBLEM NOT MY FAULT! This person does not belong in the service industry. Told me I AM TALKING! That’s not customer service. How about address the issue and come together and figure it out? Not this place! Won’t be ordering from here again. Disgusting"

"The Pats business is usually good. But this location has very poor customer service treating you like your inconveniencing them. They use the cheapest dining materials possible. Paper towels plates and even the cheese for the pizza is the lowest budget imaginable. Lastly the smell of floor soap is so strong that you can't even smell your food that's right in front of you. In conclusion the family business is great but this location is absolutely the worst compared to the others."

"We went today to order at 8:20pm and they were already locking the doors. There’s a sign that says last entrance at 8:30pm even though they close at 9pm. They did not let me in. There’s been another time when we decided to eat in and they started pulling up chairs around us even though there was almost an hour left to close. They forget my carrots all of the time in my salad so I had to start asking for extra carrots so they wouldn’t forget. We gave our business elsewhere and will be from now on."

"Ordered 20 wings. They literally put 18 wings. As pricey as wings have become they didn't give us what we paid for. We didnt get the celery either. We called and young lady said we can make you 2 wings and that she didn't prepare the food. This place is going down hill. The customer service has become a joke."
