"We used to really love this place. Quality has been going downhill for years now, but we decided to stop in since we haven’t in a while. Egg rolls were WAY over cooked. Nearly inedible. Lo-mien was also way over cooked and mushy. Broccoli had a strange after-taste, almost like chlorine. General Tso chicken was decent, but the fried rice was pretty bland. Chow mei fun was the only dish with no complaints. Unfortunately, we will probably not return in the future. Joy Garden just is not the same as it used to be."
