"It is hard for me to trust someone with my hair. Mackenzi has been doing my hair for 3 years. I know my hair is not easy to manage ( greying/ brassy/ thick/ coarse and long). But somehow she always make me feel my best. I could show her all kinds of my crazy ideas and she always pulls through- and most of the time exceeds my expectations. She has a calm demeanor and she loves books. I find her very relatable. The only con for me is she is popular, so sometimes it is hard to get an appt with her.
