Henlopen Condominiums

"Very nice stay for a beach condo at the end of the boardwalk. Family oriented. Well maintained. Enjoyed the beach and pool. Rooms were large, beds were very comfortable. We had outdoor balcony great for having your morning coffee and people watching."

"8 hour drive. Husband who is ill. Large apartment Clean. Pool great for me. Now 3 tvs one wont shut off stuck on msnbc Sound very low. Again 6 days never shut off. Spare room tv did not work Master tv worked . So husband stayed in Bedroom. No coffee pot No kurig Agent tried to fix tv 3 hours. Nice clean building Would go back but never to that condo"

"Been going to Rehoboth Beach for 30+ years and the Henlopen condos are our place to stay. Close to the beach and all of Rehoboth activities. Never had a bad condo but now we just try to get the same one each year. Safe and secure also. Well kept and clean. Love it here!!!"

"Location, location, location! I love the fact that the condos are on the boardwalk. For me it's a plus that the building isn't too close to the main strip. It makes it much more peaceful and during off hours the beach is pretty desolate, which we love. Having said that, the condo(805) we stayed in, is in serious need of an update to the bathrooms. SERIOUS! They were like caves, dark paint colors, very little light, and a good bit of mold around the tubs and sinks. The rest of the unit was decent with exception of the upholstery. The sofa was pretty dirty, stained by guests and we covered it with a sheet. Also the unit only had a 30 gal water heater, so we had to take quick showers and/or space them out. Not good if you have 4 people getting ready for dinner after a day at the beach. The outside of the building is also in need of new paint, it wasn't terribly bad, but it was bad enough for me to notice. Even with the not so great condo, we had an absolutely wonderful time. Rehobeth is a great beach for families or couples and we will return."

"A very relaxing Condominium perfect for a weekend getaway. Quality depends on which room your in due to most rooms being privately owned. Its beach side with great views at the very end of the boardwalk. Highly recommended"
