Greens at Cross Court

"The staff in the leasing office seems (my opinion from experience) a bit racist. I lived there for 3 years and my neighbor over top of me would place dead rats on my walkway, I informed the office nothing happened. Another neighbor approached me with an aggressive dog and he went to the office and made up a lie that the staff supported. The staff also try to give me an incorrect security deposit back. Totally less than what I gave them in the beginning of my lease.. I WOULD NEVER RENT HERE AGAIN! They will steal from you as the tenant. Not even worth a star in my opinion for these so called wanna be luxury apartments. BTW; IHAVE EMAILS TO BACK MY CLAIMS, I have no reason to lie! My rent was on time never late! I paid a week ahead sometimes! So please, don’t think I’m irresponsible or a slouch! See they responded with saying that I was violent and all of that, but funny thing is they never asked me anything, just went off the word of someone opposite of my race. ANYONE CAN LIE! I never bothered anyone, always stuck to myself, my fiancé can testify to this."

"Recommend ? No ! Management constantly put letters on your door to enter your apartment, constant changes within the community, dirty water and within the year of me and my man living here- two maintenance guys quit or was fired. Random inspections when all apartments should be inspected, paper thin walls, and neighbors above us sounded as if they were going to fall through our ceiling! A year of no privacy, constant changes, over $200 light bills and extremely loud neighbors equals a miserable stay and felt nothing like home. We only signed a year lease and moved out when the lease expired, happily! Worst mistake ever, but extremely happy that it’s over."

"During my stay at the Greens (two years), my overall impression was that it was a safe environment with friendly neighbors. The office staff were always very welcoming and accommodating. The maintenance staff did a fantastic job on the few occasions when I needed them, and were extremely prompt in their response. Occasionally, they would hold events for the residents to participate in (like a dog costume contest for Halloween) which was a lot of fun. The neighborhood watch program they recently started was also a great idea. My only suggestion to the Greens would be to replace the current speed bumps. The ones currently in place are extremely steep and abrupt. Not a big deal and it would be an easy fix while still maintaining the safety of pedestrians. Overall, I would recommend the Greens to any of my family and friends without reservation. The kindness and courtesy of the staff makes the major speed bumps a minor "bump in the road.""

"As a resident I was extremely pleased with living here. I can honestly say I've never dealt with a friendlier group of grounds keepers and front office personnel. The entire property is surrounded by beauty and privacy from the highway, with ample room for children to play safely. Animals are absolutely welcome and the rental prices to me, are very fair. There is a level of service you get at the greens that is unlike any other apartment I've ever lived in! You're treated as a neighbor and a friend. Management and staff go out of there way, especially on holidays to show there appreciation for you being a tenant. I was sad to move but recommend anyone looking for an affordable, nice apartment in Easton to start at the greens! I will be honest.... The few (1 Star) reviews you see are clearly left by morons. One clearly doesn't know that speed bumps mean slow down and the other has a dog that no place would likely accept, due to the unpredictability of the breed and the aggressive nature that type of dog can have. I've had pit bulls throughout my life and If your renting, no one will rent to you with a pit bull. Did I leave a bad review for every apartment I've tried to rent with my pits? Of course not. Establishments have to consider a small thing called safety for all its renters. I can't say enough good things about the Greens. Simply put, 5 STAR!"

"Called to inquire about and a lease and was informed that despite being pet friendly they restrict breed types(legal discrimination). When I mentioned I would be bringing a German Shepherd the woman's tone changed to one of disgust. She asked if I could just keep the dog elsewhere, sorry lady, not going to sacrifice a pet so you can make a sale. Very overpriced but what can you do, one of the only games in town and they know it."
