"Charged 148$ for cleaning after saying “this is the cleanest we have ever had a resident clean.” The notes said “dust on the water heater and dust on inside rim of washer.” 148$ for dust on the water heater and inside rim of washer? If this was truly the cleanest apartment they’ve seen from a moving out resident than I’m guessing this is common practice to use the security deposit of residents to pay for commercial cleaning. We cleaned every inch of that apartment thoroughly. It’s just bad business. Very bad business. Do not expect your deposit back."
