Quality Inn Easton

"If Quality, or any low standard of Quality is your preference, this is not your place. The staff, excluding the manager Katie, are friendly. The GM, Katie, is incompetent to the point that she is the main source of the word Quality not being an honest name for this hotel. The property is what it is. A low budget stay but tolerable enough to stay a couple of nights. I did have to do a room switch though. If the owners could dismiss, Katie, the obnoxious and incompetent GM, this establishment might be deserving of it's business name."

"Check in was excellent. Happy, conversational, very informative of the local area. Room was in a great location, 4 steps from the parking lot! The room was very quiet, a relief after a long day."

"It’s an affordable place! The company booked us here. They went cheap. So that answers it. You get for what you pay! It’s comfortable for the most part. Only staying here for two nights so that’s all. The service was very well! Ace is a cool and knowledgeable guy! Went above and beyond to get us a room!"

"We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and well maintained this Quality Inn was. Good continental breakfast. Perfect for our stay overnight before heading into ocean city the next morning."

"Kathy, at the front desk, was very kind and efficient. Our room, however, was not so nice. There were flies constantly - we'd get rid of them and more would come back (not sure how they were getting in when the door was closed all night.) Also, ants in the beds and on the bedside table. There are no hooks in bathroom to hang towels or clothing - it's a small room with a shower curtain that's too short, so all the water goes all over the floor! There is brown, frozen stuff in the freezer and lots of dust around the floor. The pool (one of the main reasons we chose this motel) was closed the whole long weekend we were there, and it was very hot. The location is perfect for visiting St. Michael's, shopping for antiques, etc."
