The manager knows what is going on and who is selling the drugs and doesn't do anything about it. This is not a safe place to live. Elderly people are freezing and dying in there apartment because things are not being fixed. An elderly man died of a heart attach because the kids were harassing him all the time. The owner of the property said he doesn't have enough money to fix the apartments up. The manager does inspection every three months and the same thing are still wrong month after month. Mantaince steals cabinet that were for the residents apartments and put them in his own kitchen. I have proof of everything I am saying. The manager and mantaince is in the office and talk about the residents business. It is then told to the person they were talking about. The are very rude and disrespectful when the talk to the restaurant and when they are in their home. Mantaince curses at the residents that is disrespectful. The manager is a slum lord. They are also rude and disrespectful be when entering your home. The mantaince man just walks in you don't know they were coming in and you just got out of the shower and have no clothes on. They abuse the land lord tenant cods. An elderly man fell out of his wheelchair because the sidewalk was all cracked and falling apart. Then you have stuff that belongs to you missing when they come in and do inspection. An elderly man had he social security check stolen from him when he wasn't home. On February 2,2017 there was a big drug bust at the 100 & 200 building. Eleven people got arrested. There was four kids that are now in foster care. The police found over 400 bags of herion, guns, crack, fake drugs and weed. Would you want to bring your children up in a place like this?"
