"The leasing staff is very nice. That’s about the best I can say. Maintenance is a complete joke here. Apparently there’s only one maintenance worker who is part time and works one day per week (he chooses which day). So getting work done can take forever. From barking dogs that we have complained about yet nothing has changed to screaming kids late at night. I guess you get what you pay for. As for the actual units we are unable to drink from the tap water, the showers are very small, the hot water runs out fast so we can’t do 2 back to back showers and the water pressure of the showers is low. The walls must be very thin or something because we can hear everything that goes on around us."

"No lights in bedrooms, patios wide open no privacy ,would be nice if the bedrooms had carpet, but love the floors ,living room/Dinning area kind of small"
