The landlord is real strict you cant have company for 45 days they are not friendly.this is not an apt its a room if you dont like rules i sugesst don't move to Georgetown apts no freedom especially if you have a boyfriend he got to be on your lease and everyone else."

"Terrible place to live. Management is strict and unfair, they charge you for everything, I get violated for everything I do, they get maintenance staff and let the good ones go and keep the bad ones, the manager was out for months so not able to get in contact with office, pests and insects invaded my apartment on a regular basis, Parking lot has holes in it, the maintenance technician who lives on the property is very unprofessional and uses a lot of bad language and he also vapes on property which I thought wasn’t aloud I have to either got to the road or leave the premises entirely to vape, Seriously I think this place needs to be sold or new management and maintenance staff needs to be brought in it has a feeling of what a getto would feel like I am currently looking for an alternative place to live"

"I lived here for 8years these is the most nastiest place I lived they have moues,bedbug, roaches and skunks you cannot go out at night.. maintenance take forever to come fix anything in your apartment they charge you for even little thing they fix.. they even charge you for a lightbulb. The rent woman name is Jacqueline she has a very nasty attitude she do not know how to talk to people and she's never in the office I wouldn't send a homeless dog to live there..."
