"This place has gone downhill since the new property manager took over. She’s all talk and no action! The hallways and stairwells stay filthy, floors are nasty, and the parking lot always has trash lingering around. Idk what the maintenance guy does besides stand around and look slow because he’s never working and always leaving stuff in the hallway for days which is a safety hazard! The last manager was a itch but she made sure the building stayed clean. I hope this lady doesn’t stick around long because she seems pretty useless and her maintenance man."

"started the process January 13th with a ignorant unprofessional manager Shafonda. I had to complain about her not responding to emails or phone calls. This is after I had given her my income and she never once said anything about my income being too high. Called corporate and they never said anything about income two weeks later they respond saying I make too much TWO MONTHS WASTED!!!!..YOU WASTED MY TIME AND ENERGY. THE MOST UPROFESSIONAL APARTMENT BUILDING IVE EVER DEALT WITH!!"

"I would not recommend this place for anyone who likes peace and cleanliness! The grounds stay dirty. Elevator always broke( I’m a double amputee) and it’s hard to get in touch with the office manger. She’s barley here! This is a beautiful building but it’s not being use well, also that secure building.. LIES!"

"The worst place to live in Wilmington, DE. Strongly advised not to live there with children. The environment is very unfriendly, tenants are encouraged to report on one another and Tents are marshaled by poor and unprofessional management like prisoners with constant monitoring via cameras internally and externally. Half the time elevators and security gates don’t work."

"This place is full of bullsh*t. I went to the open house to see the two bedroom. I informed the leasing manager that I was looking to move within the first week of September. I was told that they had one and two bedrooms available for immediate move in. I instantly fell for the two bedroom. Since I bought all my paperwork ( that I was told I needed) I was able to apply that day. Days went by with no response, then I had to contact her to find out that there really aren't any two bedrooms available. In fact there was a whole list of people that would get a two bedroom before I would but I could settle for a one bedroom. My heart was shattered and I was pissed that I wasted my time and money applying. Sadly I still needed a apartment as time was winding down so I sucked it up and decided to take it. I was told that I was approved and I could move in on 8/31/17. That day came and went and nobody called me and guess what? It's 9/1/17 and I still haven't moved in and in fact they are still requesting more paperwork after I've done everything they asked. They are the worst and they can't stay on top of things. The elevator was broken from Friday until Monday. And it was all because the lazy unthoughtful ass property manager didn't call and report it before she left for the weekend. Although I am pissed that I wasted my time I am thankful that it didn't work out so that I don't have to deal with this unprofessional establishment."
