"I just moved in on 11/7/22 I have a one year old child. I just cried once I stepped in my child cannot live under these conditions. The kitchen had grease stains and mold everywhere. The rust was just ridiculous I’m afraid to put my kitchen supplies in this place. My baby likes to open cabinets if she touches or starts nibbling on it she could get sick. It’s just horrible and I can hear mice in the walls as well as a few roaches were keeping me company. The bathroom and kitchen in the place just look abandoned. This apartment needs to be disinfected it’s just disgusting."

"The people here are really nice and maintenance is great, they will come even at night if needed. Neighbors are courteous. But I am a very clean person to the point of being a germaphobe. Unfortunately this place has a major roach infestation that their monthly extermination can’t even touch. When I moved in originally in September of 2019 the property owners had treated the unit, there were very few roaches and I thought they had it under control but over the next year the roaches were completely out of control, were crawling on me and my son. They were at every corner I turned! They were in all my kitchen appliances, I even had to throw some away. I just can’t recommend living here."

"this place went from Hell no! To Ok we can do this . They have really cleaned up the riff raff . they quickly respond to any maintance issues and are always willing to take surgesstions and implament them for a better community"

"I love it here. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Management as very helpful and always follow with there order. Those that are not happy living here just miserable old souls. . ."

"The management for this apartment complex are very rude and irrational. They have roaches throughout the complex and do nothing to care for the properties. They rarely make any necessary repairs. This apartment complex is full of drug addicts. I wouldn’t recommend this complex to my worst enemy. Matter of fact, I am in the process to file a complaint for discrimination. This place is foul. Do not bother to give them your money."
