Maple Walk Apartments

"Rodents. Bugs. Paper thin walls. Plumbing issues with floodings on several occasions. Basement that sewer backed up and caused a foot of raw sewage water in basement for almost a week (this happened 3 separate times). Due to sewage, fly infestation. Cheap appliances. They use the cheapest products to “fix” issues. The entire time I lived there I had flooring with panels missing. MOLD MOLD MOLD from the leaks (which maintenance would just paint over) Extremely overpriced for what they are offering and all the headaches you have to deal with. The owners do not offer you any compensation (or even an apology) for all the constant issues."

"Love to live in this place, everything is close, schools, stores, etc. Also the area is really nice and safety, neighbors are very nice, friendly and respectful. Apartments are beautiful with the new management, I lived here 4 years ago with the old management and everything was mess up. Trust me, You’ll love it!"

"New ownership has definitely made major changes here. Although there's still a few minor issues to be ironed out, I plan on staying for a while. Stephanie has been a great help with any of my needs and I hope she sticks around also."

"Pushing 40 something families out, to slap a high price on some cheap paint cover ups and if you're lucky you're going to have to pay triple for a washer and dryer. For all that's worth you might as well just go buy a house. You can still hear EVERYTHING, the neighbors above or below you are doing or saying! I mean kudos for roof over my head, but I would appreciate if someone actually team over when they're supposed to and fix the cracks around my windows, or the lights in my bathroom ceiling, or get rid of the mold in the walls! Yeah there's mold. Also don't go to the hospital and think that they're going to understand, that you can't get out of your hospital bed to pay them. Stephanie understands, she's the best thing about this place, but even she can't protect us against the Almighty beanies!"

"I have lived here for almost four months and while not a perfect review to report, I will say that management has taken and handled every concern I’ve had in a timely manor with equal importance. If anyone deserves a gold star, it is Stephanie in the leasing office with whom I believe carries this complex on her back. She is prompt and has been a pleasure to work with! The grounds are undoubtedly under construction which can sometime feel bitter sweet but I have faith that once completed, the finished product will have been worth the wait! Beautiful units with classy upgrades for which the asking price is worth every penny in my opinion. While not perfect, Maple Walk is certainly worth a try!"
