"They were able to fit us in and did a through check on our dog. She got her shots and medicine while everyone was warm and professional."

"Good place , she is some what busy it took us a little long to get an appt. ( if you have an emg. Most likely you will have to go elsewhere) But when we got there we went right back , no waiting and shes always through n nice to ur pet. She has a can of squeeze cheese and she squirts it all over exam table n other places for your dog's yummy lil treat...lol"

"I have been a customer for years and my dog had his physical 2 months ago. I attempted to make an appointment for boarding, and discovered his rabies vaccine expires in 2 days. I thought there was an error in getting the records sent over, so I called. His rabies vaccine was never administered and it was never brought to my attention that I needed to return for it. They said they could not fit me in for this vaccine for several weeks! It is dangerous to have a dog with an expired rabies vaccine! Due to COVID I was not able to go in for the visit and assumed his vaccines were administered. Luckily I found a new vet to see him but now have to pay for another physical. Totally unprofessional."

"Terrible customer service. I loved my vet....but she is not worth the awful receptionists. I call and I call and I call, rarely do I ever get an answer. I understand times are different due to COVID, so, I left a voicemail. No one ever called back. At least not until I emailed them with obvious angry undertones. Finally someone calls me back and I explain to them that I need an appointment as soon as possible because my dog is having an allergic reaction (broken out into hives and extremely itchy that not even benadryl could sooth). Receptionist tells me "there are no appointments available today or tomorrow....but you can call first thing tomorrow morning to schedule a same day appointment"........I'm sorry, what? Can't I just make an appointment right now, for tomorrow? "no, those are only available for same day appointments" okay, that makes no sense. Receptionist tells me she will see what she can do and call me back....I never get a call back. So I called four other vet offices to see if it was this difficult everywhere, every single one was able to fit me in the very next day. I emailed Concord Pike Vet to tell them that I had decided to go with another vet, still haven't heard anything back from them so clearly they do not need mine, or anyone's, business."
