"This company is a huge scam!! They deleted my review and pictures showing my experience living there .they lied on me saying they changed my carpets but had no proof of it instead making up false documents from a vendor stating they've changed it, which wasn't true . Also Bryon was the person that helped me and 4 months later they hired a new person named Sophia. Sophia introduced herself 4months after I moved into my apt and that was that, she never stepped a foot into my apt to check if anything needed fixing so for her to lie about changing my carpets was crazy"

"The landscape is nice. However, I still need some things fixed in my apartment. I will send a request to have fixed. I wish their were more amenities like ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Other than the rent increase . It is okay."

"I lived here from April 2020-2022. I didn't have an upgraded apartment, but it was still a very nice 1 br. The building I was in was very quiet. The manager Erin is very nice and accommodating. The maintenance team was friendly and very responsive with repairs done the same day or the day after. Well groomed landscaping and they also plan fun community gatherings on some holidays. I have nothing bad to say about this community. I really enjoyed my stay."

"Some common areas are kinda dirty, such as stairwells and the laundry room. And, rent increases by a little bit each year. But, those are the only gripes I have with this place. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. At my request, staff promptly placed my package inside my apartment while I was away on vacation. Leasing office has always been quick to handle my issues, and many of the staff remember my name with a minimum of interaction. Either I'm a memorable tenant, or they care a lot. Also, when I had a leaky faucet, they replaced the faucet within a day or two of my maintenance request. I've heard rumors that this area used to be infested with drug dealers or something, but I've seen no evidence of that in the year I've lived here. The neighborhood doesn't feel sketchy. It is pretty close to Wilmington, but it's far enough that you're out of the high-crime areas. Checking a crime tracking website shows that there have been a couple break-ins over a year, but I've witnessed no evidence of any crime myself. People park nice cars here, and they don't get broken into or trashed. My apartment itself suits my needs very nicely. It has a relatively spacious kitchen in which I have set up lots of shelving for all my cooking equipment and accessories. A minor complaint: mounting things onto the walls is relatively difficult, since the exterior walls are some kind of brick, and the interior walls are some kind of cement board rather than drywall. Overall, good for this location and price point."
