"I wish I could give negative rating for the customer service, I haven't still got my application approved yet and I already see a lot of head weight that leasing office representatives have, they aren't even co-ordinating and though we pay application fee, we have to run behind them, this is horrible that these people don't support weekends move in and I am not sure if its approved I'll have to propane my flight just for this issue that these people are causing, as and when I figure out some more insights on this apartment I'll keep it public and tweet and post more in here, for the way I was treated I want to escalate this behavior to maximum."

"Lived there two years in one of the "new" buildings. If you stay to yourself, fix most things on your own, lock your car, time your deliveries so you can absolutely without question be home, do weekly mold checks, don't mind mud for your 'back yard', and can deal with insufferable demeanor, you'll be ok. Pros: 1. Dom and his crew on maintenance. 2. It can be peaceful. Cons: 1. Mold, mold, more mold, and even more mold. 2. Office staff turnover is constant and so is the terrible attitude. 3. The "gym" was a joke. 4. They tried to dupe us out of literally hundreds $$ on move out charges. We had emails and pics to battle most of the trumped up charges and finally paid what remained just to end the absolute nightmare. 5. The walls and floors/ceilings are very, very THIN. You hear everything. Every. Thing."

"I have lived at West Creek Village for a little over a year. I've never had any issues. The office staff has always been friendly and helpful. The maintenance crew is awesome and always responds quickly. The neighborhood is quiet, and I feel safe here with several police officers as tenants. I've met many very nice people who live here. You get what you pay for, folks. The rent here is extremely reasonable, but they are NOT luxury apartments. They are a bit drafty and outdated and probably need new windows, roofs, and decks, but they're affordable, comfortable, and convenient. There are no prima donnas here. You might have to sweep the cobwebs on the stairs yourself. Luckily, with the low rent, you can afford to buy a broom."

"IF I COULD GIVE 0 stars I would….ABSOLUTELY DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! My brother who now has to stay with me has been experiencing bad mold issues, now to the point he has had to contact an attorney to handle this issue. He can’t even go inside of the apartment to get clothes without getting a headache. They’ve tried to paint over the mold and it just came back. This has been going on for a few months now and it’s just getting worse, his clothes and his belongings are starting to mold. PLEASE IF YOU HAVE OTHER OPTIONS DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!"

"I am staying here from last one year. Management is soo co-operative regarding any service request in the units. However, I keep informing the leasing office about the staircases . But, they kept ignoring it. They simply said even we clean the staircase the spiderwebs keep coming but I haven't seen them cleaning from last one year. All the staircases is filled with spiderwebs and stuff which looks like a old buildings if someone come to visit. I hope management will look into this issue . Please take care of staircases atleast once in a month. If management is seeing this review, please don't come up with "Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback.
