Springford Gardens Apartments

"If I could give it no stars I would. The lady in the leasing office is rude and nasty. Maintenance has no idea what maintenance is and he only picks up trash well because fixing things seems to be too complicated. My apartment has been outdated since I moved in. I had my apartment vandalized on a Thursday night and called emergency maintenance they couldn’t get in touch with him because he was sleep he never came out. So I had to call a family member to put up ply wood over my patio back door since it was completely shattered. Nobody ever reached out to me about it and it has been over a week nobody has came out to replace my back window. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my dog or worse enemy! They are completely incompetent, inconsiderate, and wouldn’t know customer service if it walked up and introduced itself!"

"It used to be a nice place to luve but its gone totally down. The people in the offfice are rude and disrespectful, the houses are outdated the drugs are out of control and things are handled totally wrong"
