"the vet I recently met with the last two times was extremely rude, condescending, and barely let me talk to explain what was wrong with my dog. She was about 85 years old which I have no problem with that however she was so jaded and just seemed like she wanted to get me in and out as fast as she could. In an emergency situation, their nurse anesthesis saved our vacation departure by taking our Westie to her home. That was above and beyond the usual services."

"After 3 previous vets visits with my furry family member to vets in the area in which I live, I thought i would never find a vet that I could trust with MJ (my dogs name). We looked for vets and found this vet and decided to give this agent a try. MJ is now 3 and he started going to Longwood, when he was just 1 yr and 2 months old. We have not looked back. Dr. McCabe is great with MJ who has "White Coat Syndrome" and has warmed up to MJ. Dr. Freeman is also amazing as she actually has no fear of MJ my 100 pound family member. The staff here is divers, appropriate, smile when we enter and calls MJ by his name and treats us with red carpet status.
