"What a wonderful pharmacy, personal service and great prices for my horse, Grace’s medications!!! Heather has been so helpful, she’s truly gone above and beyond in getting Grace’s prescriptions of Pentosan Polysulfate injections set up, we get a great value on this medication with Boothwyn. What a pleasant experience compared to the huge chain pharmacies that are expensive and not nearly as warm or caring as Boothwyn! I was so impressed that Heather has knowledge of the dosing information regarding this medication, more than our general vet does! They even have a member of their staff who has horses and gave me his personal thoughts on a specialty medication. I’m really glad to have found this pharmacy. Jack from The Art of Medicine said great things about them and recommended them highly to me, I definitely see why!!"

"My vet had problems with delivery of my pet's medication and now a week has gone by and my pet was now totally out of her medication so my vet referred me to Boothwyn Pharmacy. I called them and spoke with Valerie who was very patient, very helpful and very pleasant. The service was outstanding and I would refer them to anyone with no hesitation. I had to come back and add to my review because the service has surpassed my original interaction with them thanks to Amy, who along with Valerie, have have continued to make sure my cat's prescription is filled on time and dose is correct. You couldn't ask for a better team or service. The best part is they've arranged for me to pick it up at their Apothecary, which is closer to me, 11/27/2022 update I was supposed to pick up My Cali Girl's thyroid medicine refill on Thurs Nov 17th. I called to let them know I would not be picking it up. They asked me either why or what happened, which I'm sure was because of how I sounded. I told them I had to take her to the Vet ER in the early hours of that morning and had to make the very difficult decision to "let her go." They were so sympathetic and then surprised me by sending a sympathy card that they all signed. This thoughtful act touched my heart and was definitely above and beyond average customer service. "The service providers of Boothwyn Pharmacy are amazing. I recently went through (am still going through) a difficult time and my son’s provider requested specialty compounded medications for him from Boothwyn. The service provider Amy was so kind, expedient, caring and worked quickly to get my son his needed medications. She was knowledgeable, helpful and went above and beyond to see that I could obtain the medications quickly. Amy arranged for Gianni to deliver medication to me so there would be no medical delays. I appreciate all their service. My overall impression of the staff at Boothwyn is that they care about their patients, their patients families and they are a family-centered health care provider.
