"Me and my family had a very terrible experience, they checked me and my family into a room occupied with a family. I am glad the family was understanding we went to the lobby to lodge the bitter experience, they gave me a different room and that room was unclean dirty fridge and floor my kids had socks turn black by walking inside the room. Elevators are not well kept dirty inside, the only good place was lobby and paint work outside the building."

"Service was good and overall the hotel is nice but they have a bad ant problem. I had to transfer rooms because the first room was really bad and the shower handle broke off. It’s a nice hotel though clean and good staff. Just make sure you put your food away and keep clothing up."

"My room was clean and pretty comfortable. I enjoyed my stay for the most part. I didn’t like the older maid guy asking me if I was checking out at 9:50 AM that was pretty annoying when checkout is 11. They need to learn a little more about customer service."

The rooms are MICE AND ANT INFESTED!!! Choice hotels refused to accommodate us, tried to charge my card another three times AFTER we left!!!!! ALSO telling us 3-5 days for a refund but still trying to charge my card!!! Hotel filthy. Workers can barely speak English and have 0 common sense. 0 training. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
