"Don’t do it. Very dangerous.Poor conditions of the apartments. People standing in front of your door all day and night. Trash everywhere on the premises.Out of date apartments. Neighborhood kids bad and disrespectful. Management...Maintenance... smh. Drafty windows drafty doors. Omg the mice. Shootouts almost every month. Very poor decision."
"A lot of shootings happen here pretty often.... the office is a joke when you call.... what establishment close at 1:30pm on a weekday? It’s just a lot wrong with this place I don’t recommend this place to anyone but drug dealers cause that’s what’s around here anyway. If I could give half star I would gladly do that"
