"Where to start...worst part was... dirty dishes and empty water bottles in the cabinets, and a horrible pull out sofa! The mattress was clearly stained and had fruit snacks under the sofa cushions. My 2 adults 6' 4" sons had to sleep in the same full size bed because they refused to sleep on the pull.out sofa because of the stains ( i dont blame them it looked like urine/ blood) the location was perfect, had a cute kitchen which was the whole reason for booking to celebrate Christmas with our family in South Jersey. We checked in the night before and was asked what time we would be arriving and I put 12pm when we arrived at 1150, they said they sent and email saying the room wouldn't be available until 2pm. I did check my email when they told me about the email I did check and they emailed me after I all ready left home. When we finally got into the room I went to start preparing dinner and discovered the dirty dishes. Luckily, I brought a lot of my own stuff, but I also had to soak pots pans and spatulas in hot soapy water and then scrub them to get what looked like burnt eggs off. I then decided to make some coffee, and I discovered that pot doesn't even reach the spring to release the coffee from the top, so the whole pot of coffee overflowed all over the counter and the floor. The tvs in the bedrooms weren't working, so we finally checked the batteries and noticed that they were dead. The TV system all together was difficult to use. It seemed like the buttons/ remotes were definitely not working correctly. The refrigerator froze everything, and the body wash they offered in the shower was completely empty. The other beds and towels were clean, and the rooms were quiet and peaceful otherwise. The staff was very nice and tried to fix what they could with a super short staff. We hope they can fix these things so we can come back and enjoy when we visit south jersey again."

"The staff is friendly and welcoming. Convenient location, right off the highway. Downside is you can hear the traffic. Rooms are showing their age. Kitchen items are either dirty, broken, or missing. Numerous lids but only one pot. Broken steak knife. Very dirty baking sheets."

"I like these Hotels, the rooms are big, kitchenette is equipped adequately, the snack bar and the bar up front are convenient when you roll in late and just want a snack and a drink. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Some other amenities if you need/want them, pool, grill, gym. Room was cleaned, and the bed was made, every two days without prompt. Thanks guys. One minus, the washing machines and dryers run on.... an app. Argh, why? Contrary to Smartphone-gen believes, this does not make life easier. I don't want to install an app to do laundry, order a burger, buy a. movie ticket....especially if the app is region sensitive and cannot be installed on my phone because it is set to a region other than North America. It is a hotel, stones throw from an International Airport. Guess no one considered that. All in all if you are in town like I was for a job, great place to stay. The one across the river in Philly is equally good. Thank you."

"A great quick stay while driving up to NJ. Front desk attendant Bre was super supportive of a post-stay puppy billing question and resolved it immediately. She is a great representation of the Marriott brand, thank you all so much and happy Thanksgiving. See you on the next drive through!"

"Visited for work, stayed for 9 nights. Conveniently located, has a Wawa nearby and Dunkin Donuts/McDonalds across the street. The pool was leaking and half empty (not usable). The breakfast was prepackaged food warmed in the packages (good for grabbing to go). Room was clean, although obvious signs of water damage around the shower. Water pressure was great and lots of hot water. There is a lobby bar (3 seats), open from Mon-Thur from 7-11 pm - odd that it is closed weekends. Unfortunately I left my hair dryer and hair straightener in my room (expensive products, in the bathroom drawer). Realized on the plane I had not packed them, so called when I landed (4.5 hours after I checked out). All rooms had not yet been cleaned so they said they would call me if they found the items. I called back later and nothing was turned in. I realize it's my fault to have left the items; however, these should easily be recoverable. I have already purchased new ones, but would like the old ones back as they were gifts (one from my daughters, and one from my late mother - it was the last thing she gave me). These have value to me and it is a shame this will be my memory of this visit."
