"Please help me to understand why the customer service at the 200 Pharmacy. Dr location in smyrna delaware is so poor? I stopped into the location at 8:15 pm on Fri, January 11th to have a passport picture taken. The store manager tells me that everything is all packed up and I have to come back the next day. The problem is the store closes at 10 PM, which is an hour and 45 minutes after I've arrived. Also, it wasn't even a function of the the store was busy, seeing that I was the ONLY customer in the store! Not a good representation..."
"The store is always very well organized and very well stocked. All of the employees are always super friendly and welcome you when you walk into the store. Big shout out to Albanie and Dennis for being amazing and super friendly and patient with all of their customers!"
"The pharmacists here are rude, unprofessional, and dont know what they're doing. It's the third time it was claimed they didn't receive my prescription in the fax when I know for a fact it was received via fax confirmation. And then they give attitude because you're upset they're not doing their job. Worst experience with a pharmacy, switching out of here."
"This Rite Aid is convenient; the pharmacy staff are professional. Great selection of greeting cards too."
"The staff never answers the phone. I’ve been hung up on three times. As in, someone picks up the phone and immediately slams it down. My prescription sat for two or three days without filling. I transfer the medicine to Walmart. Walmart can’t fill it because this Rite Aid claimed they filled it. Walmart says they need to cancel the filling status on their end. I finally get someone to pick up the phone. My prescription and I never existed. I physically go into the store and I’m told I do exist and they did fill my medicine but I transferred it during the process, so it was cancelled and there’s nothing on their end they can do. They said I need to call my insurance. I call my insurance and they inform me Rite Aid needs to cancel it. I call my doctor to see if there’s anything they can do. I’m told by them Rite Aid needs to cancel it. Walmart, Blue Cross, and Bayhealth have all said they need to cancel it. Rite Aid is saying everyone is wrong and there is nothing they can do. I am now without my medicine for 90 days, because Rite Aid is holding it hostage. My only form of communication is driving into the store, because they can’t answer the phone."
