"This facility is full of violent racist and racist sympathizers of all skin shades. If you are a young black woman using Medicare and or Medicaid stay far away from them. Me being Muslim may have also upset the old white racist men and their sympathizers who work there as well. You will not save money because they will make sure they over charge you and they will also abuse you and try their best to cause you as much trouble in life as possible. This is a place that needs to be investigated for their horrible practices and shut down completely. The abusers who worked on me should not be allowed to work in dentistry at all ever again. May God curse them all and the school for what they’ve done to me. I’m in terrible pain and cannot even chew food anymore. A class action lawsuit needs to be done. Their behavior is outrageous and they all act as if they are above the law."

"I’ve been going to Howard University for ever with absolutely NO complaints. So I decided to try Maryland University. It was a complicated removal so unlike Howard in a situation such as this having a teacher assist I end up with 3 students. It wasn’t until I told them to get a teacher and I was tired of being stuck with a Novocain needle 10 times!! The teacher came in to discover the work was done improperly so she took over. Teacher should have been assisting once student realized they were having problems. Back to Howard University in DC."
"Absolutely worse decision of my life going there. I've been lied to over and over for 10 months now and they still haven't completed the work that was promised 2 times already. Don't waste your time and money there. And most of all, save your Sanity. It has been the biggest headache in my entire life dealing with them. If you want to wait a year to have something done and done correctly, by all means, this is the place to go. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!"
"Have been here twice in the past 5 years for my children to have dental work. The staff has always been awesome. Very friendly and thorough. I was impressed with my last visit on January 19. My 3 year old son had major dental work under general anesthesia. He had an awesome team. Since he has second degree heartblock, several precautions were taken. He had a cardiologist team on stand-by. Doctors called the next couple of days to check in on him. Couldn't have had a better experience. Thanks!!"
