"Our family ordered pizza for delivery from the Pizza Hut in Denton Md. After bringing our order in we see one pizza was made wrong. It was missing chicken and had ham on it (which our family can't eat pork) It's OK, people make mistakes so I call and explain this to the store manager Skylar. He tells me that this pizza does infact come with ham on it instead of chicken. Then tells me "well I can have it remade but you have to come get it". I said really? OK, then please refund my incorrect pizza because we have to throw it away. Skylar says "You will have to bring the pizza in the store to get a refund". I can not believe the lack of customer service and that this man was the store manager. On top of all of this the other pizzas were poorly made with hardly any toppings. We won't be ordering again. Such a shame."
"The staff are beyond exceptional. Keeping cool heads under pressure. Our food tonight was great. We had a little bit of a wait tonight, but that was not the fault of the staff. A customer kept interrupting the staff multiple times and caused several pizzas to be burned, ours included. The staff worked hard to get it remade quickly. Love this location and the wonderful staff. Keep doing what you do!"
"I went to the Denton location for the first time and received excellent service. The pizza was ready within 15mins and tasted wonderful. The restaurant looked clean and organized and everyone was pleasant and friendly. I was quite impressed with my experience."
"So we were really looking forward to the pizza hut coming to Denton,MD. We placed an online order at 3:15 pm for a 5:00pm pickup. The order wasn't ready until 5:45pm. After the long wait for our pizza we were very disappointed with what we received. The boneless wings were so small they looked like popcorn chicken. It definitely wasn't worth the $42 the meal cost."
"Ordered pizza at 7 and at 10pm still no pizza. Went to the store and talked to the manager who you could tell was exhausted and running the store by himself. He made the order and took good care of me! Very friendly and great customer service. After all it was only pizza so not the end of the world. Skylar the store manager was awesome and pizza hut is very lucky to have him!!!"
