"This store has a great selection of items to shop from. The Produce department has fresh fruits that are obviously managed properly however there's no deli to mention. I saw a little deli counter with very little selection and the employee despite seeing ne at the counter, refused to serve me which was as unprofessional as it was rude. Don't expect a cashier at all the vacant check out lanes to check you out this is a self serve store only"
"I came in to exchange a pair of shoes that I bought the day before, that were too big, walked up to customer service and Richard was standing at the counter. I presented him the shoebox with the shoes inside, he found my receipt, looked at them once for less than a second, slammed the box on the counter and said "hell no. Nice try" as all I was looking was to exchange them for a smaller size. Never once a smile or a polite attitude. Absolutely upset with the way he acted. Everybody else that works there is polite, especially James who goes out of his way to ask me how I'm doing and does it with a smile on his face."
