"Terrible experience. Paid for food We didn't get, nasty rice. Terrible customer service. Really hope I get the call from the owner I was told I would get. Details - My wife and I stopped here on our way home during an 1.5 hour drive. We called ahead to ensure our food was ready (it was). The entire time my wife is attempting to order the lady on the phone kept repeating "is that all" in an obvious attempt to quickly get off at the phone. We disregarded this thinking it may be busy. When I arrived it was the same rushed atmosphere inside as it was on the phone. (I was the only customer). Again I disregarded this because they were 1.5 hours from closing. What really upset me is when getting home 45 minutes later we realized we weren't given our entire meal. We were missing half of one of our entrees and the entire order we placed for our son. (He's 3 it wasn't much). I called the store to inform them hoping they would apologize and offer some sort of compromise on the lack of food I paid for. The lady answered the phone, again rushed. Gave me hardly any time to speak after informing her of what had happened. She asked for my phone number and said the owner would call me. Nothing else was said. No apology, excuse, or anything but a big Ole unspoken "f" you I was given with the way she handled our entire experience with this business.will never eat here again. P.s. food was sub par at best. Update - surprise surprise, the owner never reached out."

"Horrible service!! Messed up our order. My son got one large meal with white rice and they couldn't even get that right. Gave a fried rice with seafood in that he can't eat. Guy wanted us to drive 25 minutes back to pick up white rice or bring whole meal back tomorrow uneaten then he would replace it. Or only white rice replaced whenever. Ummmm my son eats the food mixed together and is starving now!! Thanks for nothing!! Should have gotten what was paid for the first time when it was ordered. Plus they have over charged us in the past for items that came with the meal and charged them separately. The food isn't good here and I no longer eat here. I will no longer order from here. Centreville has a better Chinese place and its just about the same distance."

"Really sad to see the downfall of what use to be one of my favorite places to eat as a kid. Ordered the shrimp egg rolls shrimp fried rice and none of the shrimp were cleaned. Everything is so saturated with grease it’s almost inedible. Sesame chicken was alright but have had better. Will be taking a break from this place for a while."
