"I got somewhat what I needed but the color I chose needed 10 v developer and it said that INSIDE THE BOX how was i supposed to know???? I would expect the workers to inform me of something so important because of their hair color knowledge but I guess not, that's how they get you apparently, so now I have to get a whole other box of color and a developer with money I don't have, so I have to sit with this gross yellow orange hair till I have money for it. Lovely. They should have that info on the box ON THE OUTSIDE. So beware anyone who uses the color brilliant/ion hair color rip open the package before you buy it to see if you need anything extra. So dumb."

"I went in recently and was kind of hesitant to ask for help - because other times I had visited and an employee had no idea what they were talking about. HOWEVER - this time I was pleasantly surprised when I asked for help. The young woman clearly had A LOT of knowledge about hair dye/care. Any question I had to throw at her she was able to answer and help me with what I needed. She really listened to me and when she was unsure of something, she got the manager involved which only made my experience that much better. The people that work here really care about their clients and I left feeling confident that the products I purchased would help me achieve my desired hair color. I’ve been dyeing my own hair for the past 6+ years and have always been kind of a “snob” about hair because I realize the research it takes to know what will work best for your hair etc, so when somebody tries to “bullsh*t” me just to get me to buy something/don’t know, I’m able to tell pretty quickly. I give major props to the ladies that were working on Friday. You guys helped me so much and I even learned some things. Thank you guys!"
