"I will never shop here AGAIN. I placed a pickup order. It stated all I would need for pickup is the order email. I didn’t have my physical ID on me and I went to pick it up on my break at work. I showed them the email, the transaction on my card and showed them my debit card with my name on it and they still wouldn’t release this $10 bottle of lotion to me. It didn’t say anywhere on the email I needed my id. The cashier and the manager were rude and refused to help me. Don’t go here. Don’t pickup anything from this store and don’t ask anyone for help because they won’t help you. I’m calling corporate as we speak because I’m appalled they just wanted to give me a hard time as a customer. Update: corporate apologized, refunded and cancelled my order. I went on the actual manufacturers site where I got it for less money anyways and shipped for free, so no need for me to ever go here again"

"This is for the salon. We had an appt but was not actually seen for almost 45 min after the appointment was scheduled. The hair appt should have taken less than 1 hr and 30...it was more like 3hrs...no exaggeration. There are different levels of salon stylists depending on their experience. The store, the stylist, and management need to be realistic and fair to the customers. If they see its going to be longer or they know the stylist might be out of their league, then say something to the customer and allow them the choice to either grin and bear it or reschedule."

"Lyana was extremely helpful even when essentially dealing with a handful of things at once. She provided excellent customer service, took the time to answer my questions and then some. If you need help I highly recommend you see her. I hope Ulta realizes the star they have there. Thanks for the help Lyana!"
