"Went in just looking for a haircut. Booked online and the only option for a cut was with a wash too. I was sat in a chair relatively quickly and the woman started to work on it right away. I need to preface that I had fairly long hair and it was knotty from rubbing on the back of my sweater all day which I can understand being a hassle. I did not receive a wash and once the stylist was done combing she started to cut. I wanted 6 inches off. Left the salon and realized my hair was super uneven. For almost $30 I could’ve had my 14 year old sister chop my hair off for free for the same results I received. Very disappointed"

"I asked for a trim, and she callously chopped off nearly 7 inches of my long hair that took years to grow, without even consulting me about her intent. I regret tipping her anything at all, and will *never* return. I should be going after her license! She should do the right thing and resign, and never cut hair again. Edited to add... Upon further inspection, it wasn't simply chopped off (poorly and unevenly, I would add), it was also not shaped at all, to the point where it looks like a man's "working on growing it out" haircut. I paid $30 (including tip) when I could have just handed a 5-year-old a pair of scissors and told them to have at it! Absolute incompetence!"

"This place can be hit or miss. It really depends on which person I get. Some stylists are very friendly and talented. Some you can tell really hate working there, and don't understand simple instructions on what I want my hair to look like. I've been getting almost the same haircut for about 10 years, and it baffles me how I can give the most basic instructions in about two sentences, and then the stylist will be visibly not paying attention to what I'm saying and do something totally different. I wish I could get more consistency here, or just get the stylists that really listen and care. The prices are a bit more than I like to pay too."
