"the staffs and doctor are all very kind, but I can only give one star for this only. Long story short, my implant damaged due to the unprofessional crown installation. Yes, this is unbelievable ,is that right? The dentist put too much force during the crown installing, which make the crown screw broken and left inside the implant. And after the implant specialist check, the more issues come up. The implant itself lose stability, and I have to redo the implant again..... For any patient who is scared of dentist should understand the feeling now I have. I have to suffer the whole process from the beginning. This is nightmare, not only for the time, money I spent, also for the mental torturing I suffering."

"Had a very pleasant first visit and was talked into a cat scan for Dr Fox to evaluate. Also made an appt to have upper denture relined to be done at the office in one day. It has been a week and have heard nothing from the office regarding cat scan or consultation. Went from Greenfield to the office this morning for the scheduled reline impressions only to find out that the lab person has been sick for two days and they now wanted to send out my dentures to a lab off sight. Not at all what I was expecting. Asked why I wasnt called about this. They said she was sick. In the course of the conversation they said she was really sick and not in yesterday! No call??? I had made it clear I did not want denture sent out because of time. Very disappointed and spent $400 on a cat scan that obviously is going nowhere with them."
