"I was happy with this office, till I was told they no longer took my insurance but no reason why. I paid for work that was never finished because of their new policy and it would have been nice if I was told that when I originally made my first appointment, they knew at that point they would cancel. Sad to run their office like that."
"Angie is an amazing Dental Hygienist. Worked with her over the last two years and I’ve never left her feeling uncomfortable. She is patient and extremely knowledgeable."
"If I could put a 0 star, I would! I never write reviews but feel compelled because my experience at Taylor Street Dental was terrible. The office is beautiful, I love the monitors that let you see the dental work being done, and all of the dental hygienists were so nice. My first appointment for fillings was actually great and this was with Dr. Greenberg. My second appointment for a root canal with Dr. Truong was traumatic. He was by far the roughest dentist I've ever had work done by, and when I expressed concerns of sensitivity during the procedure, he did not take me seriously. He would keep on working even as I continually indicated my pain threshold was being reached. He was so rough...I have a hard time understanding how he could be in a position to do this kind of procedure when he was clearly needing more training. I left that appointment so shaken, crying. While Dr. Peck put on a good show initially of "listening" to my concerns, his manner was overall condescending and patronizing. As a woman, when expressing concerns in a medical environment, male health providers can often be so misogynistic...and he was one of them. He ended up defending the technician in lieu of my actual experience. I didn't feel taken seriously. I am confused at the high rating of this dental office, as it's run by some seriously high ego. I am now going to a new dentist's office...nowhere near as pretty an establishment but I feel supported and taken seriously."
