"Iam a new patient. Oh my goodness the staff, the exam room and the Dentist. All very professional, explaining everything and answering all my questions. When family and friends ask me to recommend a Dentist I'll gladly say go to Baystate Dental you have a great experience and be in caring hands."

"I went in for a cleaning and the dental assistant asked me if I had any pain. Then, as I was telling her, she abruptly interjected that the doctor was not in for that day and it was mainly for documentation purposes. She then took X-rays of the problem areas and then began the cleaning. I will never understand why dentists display their "sharp, metal" tools directly in full view right in front of the client! There was very little talking. She started scraping and scratching at my tooth surfaces without asking about my comfort level. Normally they let you rinse as they proceed, however this assistant wanted to quickly get on with her work without interruption. Once all the scraping was done, she pulled out a small amount of floss and rapidly, again without asking about my comfort level, flosses in between my teeth. When that concluded, she got the polishing wand and small cup containing tooth polish. She polished my teeth in record time-I couldn't believe they could have been done properly. THEN she had me rinse. She briefly stepped out of the room to retrieve a toothbrush and small toothpaste and floss for my use at home and told me I was done and instructed me to go to the receptionist for my next appointment so the doctor could see about my pain. The visit was short and I got what I came for so that's why I gave that score. I cannot hold the practice responsible for the assistant's poor bedside manner."

"I have had a terrible fear of dentists - until I met Dr. Princewill and his staff. I am so grateful for their ease of scheduling and dedication to making each appointment as stress free as possible. Their receptionists are always smiling and pleasant as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is wary of going to see a dentist. They will put your fears to rest."
