"Tried booking an appointment for my son who had a high fever. We are not registered here because we are new to the neighborhood. The lady at reception answered the call and said she can’t book an appointment for a sick child because they didn’t have a chart made out for him. I called their Woodbury practice and they found a way to take my son in. When a child is sick, you treat them. Not say you “don’t have a chart made out”. Incompetent work staff, maybe the doctor is good."
"They have been the best pediatricians to my 2 boys. Dr Fleicher was able to diagnose my son’s rare kidney disease based on symptoms over the phone and had us go immediately to the ER. Usually kids with this get misdiagnosed for weeks, but she is really on it and has great bedside manner."
