I Had poked my eye and ended up with an abrasion on it. Dr. Fakhouri had given antibiotics for eye. They’re helping a lot. Thank you again Dr. Fakhouri. You saved my day again. lol. "The office is very clean and high quality. Reception was knowledgeable about my insurance and worked fast. The doctor was very thorough and efficient. Overall my experience was better than most urgent cares I've been to, I'll be coming here from now on."

"The doctor is good. The only issue is that no one calls with lab results. No one ever picks up when you try to get results. The phone rings busy all day long no matter what the time may be. I've tried so many times to get results. My blood tests were over $200 so I would love to see what the results were."

"Convenient location in Saw Mill Plaza, which offers parking for maybe forty vehicles. The clinic itself is very clean and well illuminated. A plasma screen plays news, though not too loudly. There are sanitizing wipes and gel at the door. Reception behind plexiglass sneeze shields. The physician/nurse practitioner[?] was efficient. The sign-in form requests your consent to receive marketing texts, which I declined. Only for this improper request do I give just four stars. The examination room is small but orderly and well equipped."
