"After extensive research finding a podiatrist, we booked an appt with Dr Yale with a month’s notice. This office switched it to a different doctor without asking us and without telling us. We only found out when a different doctor came to the exam room. I asked what happened and all they said was that they switched it, and if we want an appt with Dr Yale they can book a new one for us (which it seems they may or may not keep). Incredibly unprofessional."
