"I will never set foot in this place again Quest profile Black Rock worst place I have ever set foot in my life the service is terrible I took my son for a 2 year old exam and unfortunately the boy who speaks Spanish who is in the room today is in the room 1 was Rude, very rude to my son, he just arrived and was rude to us because my son can't wear a mask because he is two years old, he doesn't understand the importance of wearing a mask and he was very rude to my son and he already came thinking it was bad because wanting to take it out, not being able to find my son's vein and on top of that it was very aggressive, very very very very very aggressive, I almost didn't call the police and I simply called someone else to be able to take my son's blood and Everything went well now I have never had my feet done again in my life because that man is simply stupid and doesn't know how to deal with children at all"

"The workers at Quest simply don’t care and are extremely rude. They have no customer service skills and they let you know that they don’t care about you and your visit. If they didn’t have a monopoly on blood testing, they be out of business. Absolutely one of the most aggravating things I’ve done, I’d rather go to the Connecticut DMV all day."

"My fiancé was a patient here today and it was an absolutely disgusting and discouraging display of service from any healthcare worker that I’ve ever seen. With 5+ years in Quality management at highly regarded hospitals in the NE area, I was baffled by what I was told from my fiancé of her experience. Not only do they have under qualified phlebotomists but their bed side manner was horrific. She was stuck 4+ times by the “professionals” and harassed by the staff that she was a unique case. She simply has a phobia and requested to lie down. They toldw her no and described the insertion of the needle and process. Not only did she not have the amount necessary to perform her highly necessary lab results but she was emotionally distraught. This is shameful of healthcare and an appalling story about Quest diagnostics at this location. The phlebotomist should be fired and the staff should be ashamed."

"Excellent infection control. They came out between patients to wipe the consoles and chairs. Kindly asked us to hop up so they could wipe the entire chair. I am in the healthcare field and the disinfection protocol and technique is excellent. The young man who came out to the waiting room was kind and courteous. Highly recommend"

"Stephanie was my phlebotomist and was amazing. So personable, patient, and hard-working. I’m a very hard stick and often get poked 5-7 times before someone finds a vein. She found one right away, didn’t even hurt, and drew 25 vials per my doctors orders, ensuring I was feeling okay throughout the whole time. I don’t even have a bruise after the draw which i always get a few hours after. No complaints, and I was seen right away during my scheduled time. Satisfied patient. Thanks, Stephanie! >"
