"This is NOT an urgent care because you will be billed as if it’s an emergency room visit, even though they don’t provide emergency room quality of care. They code their bill as ER Level 2, which is supposed to mean it’s in a hospital setting - with an ICU on location, MDs treating you, etc. I didn’t even get my vitals taken and was seen by a PA who did not provide a high level of care at all. This is a scam and should be illegal"

"Kindly avoid this location. They are “deceptive.” They said “you could be billed as an emergency room, but since this is not an emergency and is an urgent care visit, you’ll be billed normally.” That was a lie. I was charged close to $1,000 for a routine cold. Big pharma scam."

"WARNING!! $$$$ This is an Emergency Room Urgent Care, not a regular urgent care. This means you can come in for a simple issue (like I did, since I have severe allergies that requires prescription treatment) and they will bill you as an emergency room visit. $900 for allergies!!! They refused to give me prescription level meds, so they “prescribed” me over the counter meds. The pharmacy then told me that what they wanted to give me no longer exists. What a waste of time. Doctor came in for 2 minutes only and wasn’t nice. I got stuck with PA who asked me what medicine I wanted (I’m not the doctor!!!). My insurance is excellent, but still stuck paying for $650 of the $900 for no reason. This place is a scam. I called them 7 times and they refused to lower the bill. Please visit AFC up the road. 30 seconds away. No problems there. AVOID!"
