"We moved from New York at the beginning of the pandemic, and I’ve been astonished by how poor service and responsiveness this practice has been. For the longest time they had the wrong number listed on Google. Over the last three years we have never seen a doctor directly and always only nurse practitioners. We will be looking for a new primary care provider this new year."
