"The receptionist was unhelpful during checking in and kept asking me to step aside to take other patients and after completing the online check in the nurse asked all the same questions. Dr Wei An was condescending and seemingly uncomfortable interacting with people. After having a sever breakout of hives it was suggested I have allergy testing for fish which was done but also had to ask for additional shellfish testing and he became annoyed. Once completed it came out negative and he did not want to spend on more second speaking to me. After I attempted to explain the severe reaction his response “people break out in hives, I see it every day” He may do this everyday but he needs to realize it doesn’t happen to people all the time. He would not even let me explain telling me to just double up on my over the counter allergy medicine. . Rating this 1-10, 10 being the best I give it a 1 from checking in to meeting with the Dr., he was terrible."

"We were referred here by our pediatrician after our 6 month old daughter appeared to have a reaction to eggs. Dr. Schwartz was entirely unprofessional, hasty, and rude. He spent no time explaining the skin tests to me, and was dismissive of my concerns and experience. My husband was unable to come in to the appointment because of COVID precautions. I was told I could call him during the visit so he could be a part of the conversation. The doctor did not even acknowledge my desire to call my husband or give me the time to do so. In and out. I’m mortified by this practice and the lack of “bedside manner”. I would not recommend going here if you want to be spoken to in a kind and professional manner."

"My pediatrician called in a referral here two months ago. I was never contacted and finally gave up waiting and called them myself to set up an appointment. My toddler has a rare extreme food allergy and needs a specialist. Unfortunately, between the time when the referral was made and when I got in touch with them, my husband was laid off. When I attempted to set up the appointment, I was told they already had too many Medicaid patients and they wouldn't be willing to provide care to my child. Because of my income level. They have an agreement with Medicaid, but they are currently only accepting patients whose insurance pays more. So had they actually called me when they received my info, my son could have been seen, but now he can't. They should be ashamed of themselves for accepting new patients but simultaneously refusing care to those who need it based on family income."
